About Me

about me

I’ve been fascinated by health and medicine for as long as I can remember, and for just as long, I’ve been an avid reader and writer. I have a dual Masters in Social Work and Public Health from Columbia University, and was as an editor at the Columbia Social Work Review during graduate school.

After working in the field for a few years and realizing that working in one place prevented me from fully engaging with my multipotentialite personality, I decided to begin working on a freelance basis so I can be involved with multiple projects simultaneously. I’ve developed content for Digital Health companies, facilitated Social Emotional Learning workshops with middle school students, edited and researched for academic articles, developed program plans, written blog posts, and much more.

I am a passionate women’s and reproductive health advocate, and a Certified Lactation Counselor. I love to travel, hike, and spend time with my family and rescue dog. I’m currently located in Brooklyn, NY but hope to live abroad one day.

While my focus is on SEL and healthcare, I dabble in various other areas as well so feel free to reach out regardless of your topic area. I look forward to working with you!
